UI/UX Designer

After the initial onsite phase, the role may transition to Kochi office / hybrid, based on project requirements and performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Design user interfaces and user experiences for websites, mobile apps, and digital products
• Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and high-fidelity designs
• Build interactive prototypes for validation and stakeholder reviews
• Translate business requirements into clear, usable design solutions
• Collaborate closely with developers to ensure accurate design implementation
• Maintain design consistency and usability standards across projects
• Iterate designs based on feedback, testing, and usability insights

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with design tools such as Figma (mandatory), Adobe XD, or Sketch
• Solid understanding of UI/UX principles, user-centered design, and usability best practices
• Experience designing responsive layouts for web and mobile
• Ability to think visually and solve problems creatively
• Strong attention to detail and design consistency
• Good communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams
• Relevant experience or education in Design, UI/UX, HCI, or a related field

Nice to Have

• Basic understanding of front-end constraints
• Experience working on real-world digital products or SaaS platforms
• Exposure to branding or digital product ecosystems

• Initial phase: Onsite
• Later phase: Kochi office / Hybrid (based on project needs)
