QUALIFICATIONS "BS/MS in Human-Computer Interaction & design related Preferred certifications: Google UX Design Professional Certificate Microsoft UX Design Professional Certificate NNgroup UX Certification IXDF Accessibility: How to Design for All The Salesforce User Experience (UX) Designer Certification International Association of Accessibility Professionals- Professional Scrum with User Experience Certification KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND behaviors Proficient with visual design programs such as Adobe Photoshop and others Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment to create top-performing interfaces for clients Professional written and interpersonal skills when communicating with customers and clients Ability to prioritize and manage several milestones and projects efficiently Able to create storyboards and website mapping "- Fundamental skills in design tools and UI principles Experience in UI/UX research and design Knowledge of UX/UI patterns and branding Proven UI experience Demonstrable UI design skills with a strong portfolio Solid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps Experience in Photoshop, Illustrator, OmniGraffle, or other visual design and wire-framing tools Familiar with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for rapid prototyping. Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process Experience in UX tools and methods Ability to align UX goals with business objectives Proven experience as a UX Designer, UI Designer or similar role Familiarity with interaction design and information architecture Experience in design software (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch etc.,) Problem-solving aptitude Analytical mind with a business acumen Excellent communication skills Familiar in research software ( Hotjar , Maze , Fig Jam , Miro , User Testing etc.,) Familiar with generative Ai design software. Experience with user research methods Familiarity with Design visualizations, dashboards, and reports to communicate complex data .
