UI/UX Designer - Assistant Manager

As a UI/UX Designer at our company, you will play a crucial role in enhancing digital experiences by conducting user research, creating wireframes, prototypes, and collaborating with teams to deliver intuitive solutions. Your responsibilities will include: - Conducting user research and usability testing to derive actionable insights. - Creating wireframes, prototypes, and visual assets for products, websites, and mobile apps. - Collaborating with product teams, developers, and stakeholders to validate and iterate designs. - Maintaining design systems to ensure consistency, scalability, and accessibility. - Managing workflows, documentation, and vendor coordination for design deliverables. Key Skills required for this role include: - UI/UX design, wireframing, prototyping, usability testing. - Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, Sketch, Miro, MS Office, GitHub, WordPress, and Latex. - Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Python, C++, and SQL (Oracle SQL/MySQL). - Strong abilities in creativity, problem-solving, and teamwork. - Demonstrated skills in timely decision making, functional excellence, and customer focus. To qualify for this position, you should have: - A Bachelor's degree in design, technology, fine arts, or equivalent. - Certifications in Usability Analysis, such as CUA (Highly Preferred). - 4-8 years of experience in UI/UX design across platforms. - A strong portfolio showcasing expertise in design thinking and advanced tools. - Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with teams and stakeholders.
