UI/UX Designer

Job Description

Experience: 2-3 Years Job Type: Full Time Location: Ahmedabad Requirements Diploma or degree in UI/UX Design, Graphic Design, HCI, or a related field. 2–3 years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design for web and mobile applications. Proficient in Figma; experience with tools like Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar is a plus. Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles is an advantage. Strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX skills and design thinking. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced IT environment with cross-functional teams. Menus, tabs, and widgets are examples of graphic user interface elements. Make page navigation buttons and search fields. Create UI mockups and prototypes that clearly show how sites work and look. Make unique graphic designs. Rough draughts should be prepared and presented to internal teams and key stakeholders Identify and resolve UX issues. Make layout changes based on user feedback. Follow font, color, and image style guidelines. Roles and Responsibilities Evaluate and collect all user requirements, and collaborate with Developers and Managers. Collaborate with product managers and engineers to gather and evaluate client requirements. Create user flows, wireframes, sitemaps, and storyboards to effectively communicate design concepts. Design and prototype user interface elements such as menus, tabs, buttons, forms, and widgets. Develop high-fidelity UI mockups that demonstrate functionality and visual aesthetics Ensure designs align with technical requirements and are feasible for implementation. Present and defend design ideas and prototypes to stakeholders and internal teams. Conduct usability testing and iterate on designs based on client feedback. Identify UX problems and recommend intuitive solutions. Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement. Maintain design consistency by following brand guidelines for color, typography, and layout. Contribute to the creation of design systems and reusable components.
