UI/UX Design Remote Intern (6-Month Paid Internship)

Softdef is offering a 6-month paid internship for beginners who want to build a strong foundation in UI/UX design. This internship is designed to give you real-world experience equivalent to 3-4 years of learning. You'll work on live projects across our products (hospitality PMS, travel platform, job portal, and more), learn psychology-driven design principles, and gain exposure to Figma-to-code workflows. This role is remote, full-time (8 hours/day), with performance-based incentives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design intuitive and modern interfaces in Figma (mobile & web).
• Create user flows, wireframes, and UI components.
• Conduct UX tests and iterate based on feedback.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure design accuracy in implementation.
• Build a strong portfolio of real-world projects during the internship.

• Commitment of 8 hours/day

Compensation & Benefits:

• Stipend: 5,000/month.
• Performance Incentives: Up to 5,000/month based on output and discipline.
