Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and automated test scripts for UiPath RPA workflows.
Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
Identify, document, and track defects; work with developers for resolution.
Conduct end-to-end testing of attended and unattended bots in real-world scenarios.
Define and validate acceptance criteria in line with business requirements.
Prepare test reports, documentation, and recommend process improvements.
Stay updated on RPA testing best practices, tools, and industry trends.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
2–5 years of hands-on RPA testing experience, preferably with UiPath.
Strong expertise in UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and REFramework.
In-depth understanding of the RPA lifecycle (development, deployment, monitoring).
Proficiency in SQL, database validation, and API/system integration testing.
Experience with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and performance testing.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and documentation skills.
Certifications: UiPath Advanced RPA Developer (mandatory or to be completed within probation), ISTQB Foundation Level (or equivalent).
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and automation testing frameworks.

Nice to Have:

Experience in testing AI/ML models or document understanding solutions.
Awareness of RPA security and compliance practices (data masking, audit logs).
Scripting experience with PowerShell or Python.
Ability to mentor junior testers and handle multiple initiatives independently.
