As a UI/UX Designer with outsourcing experience, your role will involve collaborating with international clients and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into engaging user interfaces. You will be responsible for creating wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and mockups for websites and mobile applications. It will be essential to ensure design consistency, usability, and accessibility across all projects. Additionally, you will need to conduct user research, usability testing, and incorporate feedback into design iterations. Staying updated with UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices is crucial, and working closely with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs will be part of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with international clients and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into engaging user interfaces. - Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and mockups for websites and mobile applications. - Ensure design consistency, usability, and accessibility across all projects. - Conduct user research, usability testing, and incorporate feedback into design iterations. - Stay updated with UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices. - Work with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs. Required Skills & Qualifications: - 35+ years of proven UI/UX design experience, preferably in an outsourcing environment. - Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design solutions. - Expertise in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar tools. - Understanding of HTML, CSS, and front-end frameworks (basic knowledge preferred). - Excellent communication skills for interacting with global clients. - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
