Role Overview: As a UI/UX Designer with outsourcing experience, your role will involve collaborating with international clients and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into engaging user interfaces. You will be responsible for creating wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and mockups for websites and mobile applications. It will be crucial to ensure design consistency, usability, and accessibility across all projects. Additionally, conducting user research, usability testing, and incorporating feedback into design iterations will be part of your responsibilities. You are expected to stay updated with UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices, and work closely with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with international clients and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into engaging user interfaces. - Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and mockups for websites and mobile applications. - Ensure design consistency, usability, and accessibility across all projects. - Conduct user research, usability testing, and incorporate feedback into design iterations. - Stay updated with UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices. - Work with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs. Qualification Required: - 35+ years of proven UI/UX design experience, preferably in an outsourcing environment. - Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design solutions. - Expertise in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar tools. - Understanding of HTML, CSS, and front-end frameworks (basic knowledge preferred). - Excellent communication skills for interacting with global clients. - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
