As a UI/UX Designer at Jain Software, you will be tasked with creating visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for our software applications. The position is full-time and based in Raipur, Chhattisgarh, India, targeting candidates with 1 to 3 years of UI/UX design experience. Your qualifications should include proficiency in design tools like Adobe XD, Sketch, or Figma, along with a solid grasp of user-centered design principles. Strong visual design skills, attention to detail, and the ability to develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes are essential. Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, as well as knowledge of responsive design and a mobile-first approach, will be advantageous. Experience in conducting user research, usability testing, and effective communication and collaboration skills are also required for this role. Your responsibilities will involve designing visually appealing web and mobile interfaces, collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand user requirements, and translating them into design concepts. You will create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to convey design ideas effectively, conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback for continuous improvement, and stay updated on UI/UX design trends and best practices. Working closely with developers to implement designs, ensuring design consistency across platforms and contributing to design guidelines and style standards will also be part of your role.,
