Your role will involve combining ingenuity, research, and collaboration to advance in-vehicle infotainment, safety, efficiency, and enjoyment. **Key Responsibilities:** - Conduct design research by capturing visual and technological trends and analyzing user behavior to identify design opportunities. - Create visually stunning designs, high-fidelity prototypes, interactive designs, infographics, and data visualizations. - Develop and maintain design assets, style guides, and adhere to brand guidelines. - Craft compelling narrative storytelling to effectively communicate design concepts. - Collaborate closely with UX Strategists and Interaction Designers to convert concepts into prototypes. - Work with cross-functional teams to ensure design alignment. - Generate innovative design proposals and pitches to drive business growth. **Qualifications Required:** - 3-6 years of experience in UI/UX design. - Strong portfolio showcasing visual design, prototyping, and design thinking. - Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, and InVision. - Solid understanding of design principles, human-centered design, and user experience. - Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. **Bonus Points if You Have:** - Experience with design systems and accessibility guidelines. - Knowledge of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript). - Familiarity with Agile development methodologies. - Certification in UI/UX design or related field.
