About the Role

We are looking for a UI/UX Designer Intern to join our AI R&D team at Transsion Holdings. In this role, you will work on creating engaging wallpapers, themes, and visual experiences for Transsion branded mobile phones in the Indian market. This opportunity is ideal for someone who is passionate about design, has a keen sense of visual aesthetics, and understands how local culture, festivals, and trends influence user preferences. You’ll get hands-on experience working with our product and R&D teams, contributing to real-world design solutions that reach millions of users.

Key Responsibilities

1. Create visually appealing wallpapers, themes, and UI elements that align with Indian users’ cultural, festival, and aesthetic preferences.
2. Contribute to localized design strategies for India and ensuring visuals resonate with local audiences while maintaining brand consistency.
3. Conduct user research and trend analysis to understand visual preferences and translate insights into impactful designs.
4. Collaborate with product managers, developers, and R&D teams to bring design concepts to life with high attention to detail.
5. Stay updated on global and local design trends, incorporating innovative ideas into the mobile user experience. Job Requirements
6. Students pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design or related fields.
7. Basic understanding of UI/UX principles and passion for mobile design.
8. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and Adobe Photoshop.
9. Strong visual sense, creativity, and ability to understand user preferences across different cultures and regions. Good communication and collaboration skills with a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
