What you'll work on

• Contribute to

  product development

  across our student-facing dashboards, mentor marketplace, and research tools
• Conduct

  user studies

  , interviews, and usability tests to uncover student needs
• Translate insights into

  wireframes, flows, and prototypes

• Collaborate with product, tech, and content teams to refine user journeys
• Support UI improvements, micro-interactions, and design systems
  

What we're looking for

• Strong interest in

  edtech

  , student experience, or product thinking
• Working knowledge of tools like Figma (or willingness to learn fast)
• Ability to convert user insights into simple, effective designs
• Curiosity, empathy, and a problem-solving mindset
