Job Description

Job Summary:

UI/UX Developer

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement responsive, pixel-perfect user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and developers to gather requirements and translate them into user-centric designs.
Convert UI/UX wireframes and mockups into working frontend code using HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript frameworks.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze feedback to refine designs and improve user experience.
Ensure applications meet accessibility and performance standards.
Maintain and evolve design systems, style guides, and reusable components.
Optimize application interfaces for maximum speed, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility.
Stay current on industry trends, tools, and best practices in UI/UX and frontend development.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with CSS frameworks like
Tailwind CSS
,
Bootstrap
, or
Material UI
.
Working knowledge of animation libraries (GSAP, Framer Motion).
Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) and tools like Axe or Lighthouse.
Experience designing and developing mobile-first or progressive web apps (PWAs).
Understanding of backend integration and RESTful APIs.
