Job Description

Eligibility

3 - 7 years of experience in similar profile
Degree in Design, HCI, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or similar field (not mandatory if portfolio is strong).
Knowledge of
HTML/CSS
(not mandatory, but a plus).
Experience with
motion design
, micro-interactions, or animation tools (After Effects, Lottie).
Strong proficiency in
Figma
(primary), Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar design tools.
Expertise in
UI design
,
interaction design
, and
responsive design
.
Strong understanding of
UX principles
,
design thinking
, and
user-centered design

Key Responsibilities

Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis.
Create wireframes, user flows, journey maps, and interactive prototypes.
Design high-fidelity UI screens aligned with brand guidelines and modern design principles.
Collaborate with product, tech, and business teams to translate requirements into effective design solutions.
Build and maintain design systems, pattern libraries, and UI components.
Present design decisions with strong rationale backed by data, insights, and UX best practices.
Work closely with engineers to ensure design feasibility and pixel-perfect implementation.
Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback.
Participate in user testing, analyze findings, and iterate based on feedback.
Stay updated with the latest UX trends, tools, and emerging technologies.
