Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with senior designers, product teams, and developers to develop design concepts and user flows.
• Assist in designing engaging, intuitive user interfaces for our web and mobile applications.
• Proficiency in design software such as Figma, Sketch, Balsamiq, Canva, Photoshop, and similar tools.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes that align with the project requirements.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
• Design user interfaces that adhere to best practices in usability and accessibility.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UX/UI design and incorporate them into our design processes.

Required Candidate Profile:

• Proficiency in design software such as Figma, Sketch, Balsamiq, Canva, Photoshop, and similar tools.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility standards.
• Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for typography, color, and layout.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes that align with the project requirements.
• Assist in designing engaging, intuitive user interfaces for our web and mobile applications.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
• Collaborate with senior designers, product teams, and developers to develop design concepts and user flows.
• A strong portfolio on Behance or Dribble showcasing UI/UX projects.

Qualification & Experience Required:

• Degree - Technical Preferred or any graduate.
• Portfolio of previous design projects demonstrating a strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Familiarity with front-end development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
