UI & UX Designer

As a skilled and creative UI/UX Designer at TBO, you will play a crucial role in creating user-friendly, engaging, and visually appealing digital experiences. Your strong understanding of user-centered design principles and proficiency in both UX strategy and UI design execution will be key assets in this role. Your responsibilities will include conducting user research to uncover needs and behaviors, creating wireframes and prototypes to communicate design concepts, collaborating with stakeholders to align design with business goals, and developing intuitive information architecture and navigation systems. You will also craft visually strong UI designs that balance usability, accessibility, and aesthetics, write clear UX copy, participate in usability testing, and apply visual design principles to create brand-aligned designs. In this fast-paced environment, you will manage your time efficiently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. Your analytical thinking will be essential in interpreting data for informed design decisions. Staying up to date with emerging design trends and technologies will be crucial for continuously improving design quality and innovation. To excel in this role, you should have at least 5 years of UX/UI design experience, with exposure to Travel, B2B, and web applications. A strong portfolio showcasing user-first design thinking, clean UI design, and interest in complex interaction design is required. You should also possess a foundational understanding of human-computer interaction and human-AI interaction, along with clear communication skills and openness to feedback. Proficiency in Figma is a must, while familiarity with HTML & CSS is a plus. Additionally, you should be familiar with industry-standard tools such as Figma, FigJam, Canva, Miro, InVision, and Prototyping Tools. Experience with ChatGPT or other LLMs for UX writing and research automation will be beneficial in this role.
