UI & UX designer

Key Responsibilities

UX Responsibilities:

• Conduct user research to understand the needs of visitors, receptionists, and administrators
  
• Create personas, user flows, journey maps, and task flows for various user types
  
• Design and iterate on wireframes and prototypes to validate ideas quickly
  
• Run usability tests and incorporate feedback into design solutions
  
• Optimize onboarding and check-in flows for speed, accessibility, and clarity
  

UI Responsibilities:

• Design responsive, visually appealing interfaces for kiosks, dashboards, and mobile platforms
  
• Develop and maintain a cohesive design system and reusable UI components
  
• Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs
  
• Create high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes in Figma (or preferred tool)
  
• Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints, including client-customizable branding
  

Required Skills & Tools

• Strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX projects (preferably SaaS or enterprise products)
  
• Proficiency in design tools like

  Figma

  ,

  Sketch

  ,

  Adobe XD

  , or

  InVision

• Understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout
  
• Experience designing for

  touchscreens, kiosks

  , and

  mobile-first interfaces

• Familiarity with

  user research

  methods and usability testing
• Understanding of

  responsive design

  and accessibility standards (WCAG)
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS (optional but a plus)
  

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in B2B, SaaS, or enterprise software
  
• Experience with

  VMS

  , security software, or workplace tools is a strong plus
• Knowledge of tools like

  Hotjar
