UI & UX Designer

Skill Quotient is a leading MNC based in Kuala Lumpur with a global presence and a team of over 1200 employees. We are currently seeking a UIUX Designer to join our team at our Bangalore office (WFO) with an immediate or maximum 30 days notice period. As a UIUX Designer at Skill Quotient, you will be responsible for UI/UX designing for products, poster designing, and website designing. You should have a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in this field. Key Requirements: - UI UX designing for products - Poster designing - Website designing Responsibilities: - Portfolio showcasing diverse projects, design process, and problem-solving skills - Design Thinking with a user-centered approach and creative solutions - Interaction Design including prototypes, animations, and user flows - Visual Design focusing on consistency, design systems, branding, and attention to detail - User Research involving research, usability testing, feedback, and iteration - Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Sketch, front-end development, and other design tools - Collaboration with cross-functional teams, feedback integration, and teamwork - Understanding of Usability Principles like user flows, information architecture, and accessibility - Leadership qualities for mentorship, project leadership, and taking initiative - Effective Communication skills for articulation, design decisions, and presentation This is a Contractual/Temporary position for a duration of 12 months with a work schedule from Monday to Friday at our Bangalore office.
