Description
As a Senior UI/UX Designer at EY, you will play a crucial role in shaping digital experiences for clients by designing intuitive, engaging, and visually compelling user interfaces. Your main responsibilities will include: - Working within the Customer and Growth team to design and deliver user interfaces for web and mobile applications. - Utilizing design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and Miro to map customer journeys, develop personas, and visualize user flows. - Creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mock-ups to communicate design concepts effectively. - Collaborating with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into design solutions. - Developing and maintaining design systems, style guides, and component libraries for scalable digital products. - Analysing user data and behaviour to optimize customer journeys and inform design decisions. - Staying updated on UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices to enhance design quality. - Ensuring accessibility and inclusivity in all design deliverables and advocating for user-centered design principles. To qualify for this role, you must have: - Education: Bachelors degree in computer science, Design, or a related field. - Experience: 3-6 years of professional experience in UI/UX design, preferably in consulting or digital transformation projects. Technical Skills required: - Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, Miro or similar. - Familiarity with HTML/CSS and responsive design principles. - Knowledge of accessibility standards and usability best practices. Additionally, you should possess the following attributes for success: - A strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design projects and customer journey mapping. - Experience in conducting user research, usability testing, and synthesizing insights into design improvements. - Ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams and communicate design rationale effectively. - Attention to detail, creativity, and a drive for continuous improvement. - Problem-solving mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
