UI/UX Designer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and prototype user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Understand product requirements and user needs to translate them into intuitive design solutions
• Design wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch
• Create high-fidelity UI designs aligned with brand guidelines and design systems
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and incorporate feedback into design iterations
• Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless implementation of UI/UX across platforms
• Maintain consistency in visual elements and ensure accessibility and responsiveness across devices
• Stay updated with design trends, UI standards, and best practices, especially in cleantech/sustainability sectors
  

Requirements:

• 2 to 3 years of experience in UI/UX Design, preferably in startups or product-based companies
• Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centric design approach and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), and prototyping tools
• Understanding of HTML/CSS basics and how designs translate to code (bonus if youve worked with developers closely)
• Good communication, time management, and collaboration skills
• Passion for sustainability, cleantech, and creating a positive environmental impact is a big plus
