UI / UX Designer

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic design team. Proficiency in Figma is mandatory – this role requires hands-on expertise in Figma to design visually engaging, user-friendly, and responsive website experiences. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other team members to create seamless, intuitive user interfaces and user journeys. Key Responsibilities: • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma for website mockups • Work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and understand project goals. • Transform business requirements into design solutions that provide an exceptional user experience. • Maintain design consistency across all platforms through Figma components, style guides, and design systems. • Participate in user research and usability testing to refine designs. • Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and effectively. • Stay updated with the latest design trends and best practices to bring fresh and innovative ideas to the team. • Provide feedback and suggestions to improve overall design processes and workflows. Skills & Qualifications: • Proven experience as a UI/UX designer with a strong portfolio showcasing Figma-based design work. • Proficiency in Figma, with experience creating prototypes, wireframes, and UI kits. • Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and responsive design practices. • Knowledge of design systems, typography, color theory, and iconography. • Basics in graphic design, including layout, visual hierarchy, and composition.
