Job Description

UI Designer (User Interface Designer) Key Responsibilities: Create visually appealing interfaces aligned with brand guidelines. Design layout, typography, color schemes, icons, buttons, and other interface elements. Build UI components, style guides, and design systems for consistency. Create responsive and mobile-first design interfaces. Collaborate with UX designers and developers to ensure seamless implementation. Deliver pixel-perfect mockups using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch. Maintain UI consistency across web, mobile, and app platforms. Iterate designs based on feedback, usability tests, or A/B testing outcomes. UX Designer (User Experience Designer): Key Responsibilities: Conduct user research (interviews, surveys, usability testing). Create personas, user journeys, and user flows. Define information architecture and navigation. Wireframe screens and prototype user interactions. Identify pain points and optimize product flows for better user experience. Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to align user needs with business goals. Perform usability audits and recommend design improvements. Work closely with UI designers to ensure the experience is both functional and beautiful.
