UI / UX Designer

• Anoki AI is looking for a

  UI/UX Designer

  to craft intuitive, elegant, and data-driven user experiences across our AI-powe'red CTV and advertising platforms. In this role, you will design user interfaces that bridge complex machine learning and analytics systems with accessible, engaging front-end experiences.
• you'll collaborate closely with product, AI, and engineering teams to define how our users interact with the Anoki platform shaping web mobile applications, dashboards, internal tools, and visual systems that bring clarity and delight to every user touchpoint.

  who combines creativity with a structured design process, has a strong eye for detail, and thrives in fast-paced, collaborative environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design efforts from research, wireframes, and prototypes to polished UI for production

• Partner with product managers and engineers to translate business and user needs into simple, effective design solutions

• Define user journeys, information architecture, and interaction models for core product experiences

• Create and maintain design systems, component libraries, and style guides for scalable, consistent product development

• Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback loops to validate and improve design decisions

• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure designs are implemented accurately and efficiently

• Uphold Anoki s design quality standards across all visual and interactive touchpoints

• Advocate for accessibility, performance, and user-centered design principles

Minimum Qualifications

• 4 7 years of professional experience in UI/UX design for web mobile applications

• Strong design portfolio demonstrating interaction design, visual design, and problem-solving process

• Proficiency with industry-standard tools (eg Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, etc)

• Solid understanding of user research, testing, and iterative design methodologies

• Strong sense of typography, layout, color, and visual hierarchy

• Experience creating and maintaining design systems or style guides

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, comfortable working cross-functionally

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience designing complex dashboards or data visualization interfaces

• Familiarity with AI/ML-driven or generative design tools

• Understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)

• Experience designing motion / micro-interactions or animations

• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG compliance)
