Key Responsibilities: Analyze and monitor campaign data to uncover trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities across active and past campaigns. Support campaign setup and performance troubleshooting through in-depth, cross-platform data validation and operational insights. Build and maintain scalable dashboards and recurring reports that empower stakeholders with real-time visibility into KPIs and business health. Translate raw data into actionable insights to guide strategic decisions, campaign optimizations, and customer-facing narratives. Collaborate with Campaign Managers and Product teams to improve campaign workflows, product adoption, and automation pipelines. Design and execute A/B testing, cohort analysis, and other analytical frameworks to drive experimentation and measure impact. Document technical processes, campaign setups, and learnings to scale knowledge across the team and clients. Work with large datasets to perform SQL-based queries and Python-based data manipulation and modeling for deep dives or ad hoc requests. Partner with Product and Engineering to test new features, identify bugs, and contribute to product improvement initiatives. Minimum Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in a business analysis, data analytics, campaign analytics, or ad operations role, ideally in digital advertising, MarTech, or media tech environments. Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and SQL; comfortable working with datasets and summarizing insights clearly. Hands-on experience with Tableau or similar BI tools for dashboarding and data storytelling. Experience working with DSPs (e.g., Beeswax), SSPs (e.g., Springserve), or ad servers and analytics tools. Strong communication skills with the ability to convey technical findings to non-technical stakeholders. Meticulous attention to detail and comfort managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Analytical and curious mindset with the ability to identify problems and proactively solve them with data and logic. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Python for data analysis and automation.
