About the Role

UI Technical Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end development of UI solutions from architecture design to implementation and deployment.
  
• Translate UX/UI design wireframes and prototypes into high-quality, reusable, and maintainable front-end code.
  
• Architect and build scalable front-end frameworks using modern JavaScript technologies.
  
• Collaborate with Product Managers, UX Designers, Backend Engineers, and QA teams to deliver robust and user-centric features.
  
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and code reviews for UI developers.
  
• Define and enforce UI development standards, coding guidelines, and best practices (performance, accessibility, security).
  
• Optimize applications for maximum speed, responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility.
  
• Evaluate emerging technologies, frameworks, and tools to continuously improve the front-end architecture.
  
• Participate in sprint planning, effort estimation, and technical design discussions.
  
• Drive initiatives for UI automation, performance tuning, and continuous integration.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  
• 7+ years of professional front-end development experience, with at least 2 years in a lead or architect role.
  
• Deep expertise in

  JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3/SASS/LESS

  .
• Strong hands-on experience with

  modern frameworks

  such as

  React.js

  ,

  Angular

  , or

  Vue.js

  (React preferred).
• Understanding of

  state management

  libraries (Redux, MobX, Zustand, NgRx, etc.).
• Proficiency in

  UI build tools and pipelines

• Experience integrating with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and backend microservices.
  
• Strong grasp of

  responsive design
