UI Path Lead (Testing)

You will be an essential member of the Intelligent Automation (IA) team within the Citco Group, responsible for designing and implementing automated testing processes. Your key responsibilities will include: - Owning the execution of multiple concurrent testing projects end to end - Maintaining project reporting and project plans for senior management reporting - Managing Working Group meetings for all assigned projects - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to create new initiatives and refine existing processes - Reviewing business requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and software documentation - Creating and automating acceptance criteria - Assessing business processes for Test Automation Opportunities - Leading discussions with stakeholders to complete and strategize Test Plan - Creating and documenting test automation best practices and framework - Ensuring all testing strategies are clearly defined and documented using approved testing tools - Creating a process to communicate, report, and define defects and defect fixes - Reporting on metrics to show how test automations are creating a meaningful ROI - Ensuring automation testing standards are implemented and adhered to - Rolling out solutions to target teams/offices - Implementing takeaways from retrospectives - Following best practices/Industry standards set by Citco while designing solutions - Performing detailed risk analysis, reporting, and escalating issues to senior management - Coaching and developing staff for successful performance and growth opportunities Qualifications required for this role include: - Over 3 years of experience in agile project management in a fast-paced environment - 3-5 years of experience in creating test automation using UiPath and other industry testing tools - Proficiency in test automation strategies in AI, RPA, and Mobile testing - Strategic mindset with problem-solving abilities - Ability to manage competing priorities and multitask effectively - Undergrad degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields - Exceptional communication skills, both written and oral - Confidence in leading test reviews, design sessions, and reviewing technical documentation If you join Citco, you will have the opportunity to work in an award-winning global business environment with opportunities for personal and professional career development.
