As a seasoned UI Lead at GSPANN in Chennai, you will play a crucial role in managing the complete software development process from conception to deployment. Your responsibilities will include maintaining and upgrading software post-deployment, overseeing the end-to-end life cycle of software production, guiding the analyzing, writing, building, and deployment of software, administering automated testing, and providing feedback to management during the development process. Additionally, you will be tasked with modifying and testing changes to previously developed programs. Your qualifications should include: - 8+ years of experience in developing enterprise-level applications using React, Redux, Node, CSS, and HTML. - Expertise in working with teams following Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban. - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Team Lead Role. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with business and technical teams. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, result-oriented environment.
