You are a seasoned UI Lead with over 8 years of experience in developing enterprise-level applications using React, Redux, Node, CSS, and HTML. You will be joining the GSPANN team in Chennai and will play a crucial role in managing the complete software development process from conception to deployment. Your responsibilities will include maintaining and upgrading software post-deployment, overseeing the end-to-end life cycle of software production, and guiding the analyzing, writing, building, and deployment of software. Additionally, you will be administering automated testing, providing feedback to management during the development process, and modifying and testing changes to previously developed programs. To excel in this role, you must have expertise in working with teams that follow Agile methodologies like Scrum or Kanban. You should also possess at least 2 years of experience in a Team Lead Role, along with excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with both business and technical teams.
