Description
We are seeking an experienced UI Lead to design and develop enterprise-grade UI solutions, leading technical efforts for large-scale deployments. You will play a key role in defining the technical direction of UI technologies, optimizing for performance, and ensuring adherence to best practices. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in UI development, with expertise in leading teams, optimizing UI code, and driving UI architecture decisions. Key Responsibilities: UI Design G Architecture: Design modular, scalable, and performant UI solutions for enterprise-grade applications while ensuring adherence to UI development standards and best practices. Technical Leadership: Lead the technical efforts in UI technologies, including the development of reusable components, performance optimization, and cross-browser support. Team Leadership: Lead the UI team, providing technical guidance and support, and act as an individual contributor when required. Represent UI technologies internally and externally to customers. UI Optimization: Address non-functional requirements such as optimizing UI performance, solving UI performance bottlenecks, and ensuring cross-browser compatibility. Trends G Best Practices: Stay up-to-date with current trends in UI architecture, including performance, accessibility, and usability, and implement these practices within the team. Collaboration G Communication: Work effectively with offshore and onshore teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment across all team members. Participate in Agile software development processes. Required Skills: UI Development: Extensive experience in designing and developing responsive UI solutions and UI design patterns. JavaScript G Frameworks: Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including object-oriented JavaScript, and experience with JavaScript frameworks such as Angular (latest version), ReactJS, or Typescript. CSS G Frameworks: Expertise in CSS frameworks like Bootstrap, Material Design, and others to create flexible, responsive, and visually appealing UI. Unit Testing G Optimization: Hands-on experience with unit testing frameworks (e.g., Jasmine, Mocha) and optimizing UI code for performance. API Integrations: Experience integrating UI with APIs and handling data from backend services. Agile Methodology: Strong experience working in Agile software development projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering iteratively. Leadership G Communication: Excellent leadership, analytical, problem- solving, and communication skills, with the ability to represent UI technologies to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Preferred Skills: Cross-Team Collaboration: Experience working with offshore and onshore teams to deliver high-quality UI solutions. Performance Tuning: Expertise in identifying and solving UI performance bottlenecks and optimizing frontend applications for high performance. UX/UI Trends: Passion for staying updated on trends in UI/UX design, performance, and accessibility. ualifications: Education: BE/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech/M.S/MCA degree or equivalent experience. Experience: 8+ years of hands-on experience in UI development with a strong track record of leading UI teams and delivering large-scale, high-performance applications.
