Job Summary: We are looking for a passionate and experienced UI Lead Developer to lead the development of modern, scalable, and high-performing user interfaces. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in front-end technologies, a deep understanding of UI architecture, and hands-on experience with testing libraries to ensure code quality and reliability. You will collaborate closely with UX designers, product managers, and backend teams, while also mentoring junior developers and enforcing best practices. Key Responsibilities: Lead the UI development process from design to deployment. Build and maintain reusable React components using TypeScript and Redux Toolkit . Write unit and integration tests using React Testing Library and Jest . Translate UX designs into responsive, cross-browser compatible UI components. Ensure performance, scalability, and accessibility across all platforms. Review code, provide technical guidance, and mentor team members. Collaborate with backend developers to deliver end-to-end features. Must-Have Skills: Strong expertise in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and jQuery . Expert-level knowledge of React.js , Redux Toolkit , and TypeScript . Hands-on experience with React Testing Library (mandatory) and Jest for testing. Solid understanding of REST APIs and asynchronous data handling. Strong debugging, performance tuning, and optimization skills. Experience in leading and mentoring front-end teams. Familiarity with modern styling tools (e.g., SCSS, CSS Modules, TailwindCSS, Material UI). Nice to Have: Understanding of UX design principles and ability to collaborate with design teams.
