Job Description

Role Overview

The UI Lead plays a pivotal role in shaping the user interface of digital products. This position bridges design creativity and technical feasibility, ensuring seamless and user-friendly experiences across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Lead UI design efforts
from concept to final implementation
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and UX designers
to translate requirements into compelling UI designs
Create and maintain design systems and style guides
for consistency
Conduct user research and usability testing
to refine designs
Mentor junior designers
and provide constructive feedback
Ensure responsiveness, accessibility and cross-platform compatibility
Create UI designs for all device types.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, Computer Science, or related field
Strong proficiency in
design tools like
Figma, Figjam, Sketch, Adobe XD, Miro
Solid understanding of
information architecture, Navigational Structure and interaction design
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Good to have:

Build responsive web components
using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
