Job Title: UI/UX & Graphic Designer

Location: Bhopal

Experience: 2 to 4 years

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX & Graphic Designer who will be responsible for designing intuitive user interfaces, enhancing digital user experiences, and creating visually appealing graphics for web, mobile, and marketing materials.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop UI designs, wireframes, user flows, and prototypes
• Design engaging web and mobile interfaces aligned with brand identity
• Work with product and development teams to bring concepts to life
• Conduct user research and usability testing
• Improve overall user experience and propose new ideas
• Create visual assets including social graphics, banners, icons, and illustrations
• Ensure consistency in design language across platforms
• Prepare final UI assets for development hand-off
• Understand branding, layout, typography, and color theory

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of UI/UX principles and best practices
• Proficiency in design tools:
• Figma
• Adobe XD
• Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator
• Experience creating wireframes and prototypes
• Good understanding of responsive and mobile-first design
• Knowledge of design systems
• Ability to present and explain design concepts

Preferred Skills

• Experience with motion graphics or video editing (After Effects/Premiere)
• Creative problem-solving
• Basic understanding of UX research methods

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
