Role & responsibilities Seeking a highly experienced UI/UX Engineer with a focus on Angular and full stack development to be actively involved in the design, development, and testing of real time software solutions with to work in a support global team. As an UI Engineer with a focus on Angular, you will have the opportunity to be actively involved in the design, development, and testing of real time software solutions as part of projects delivered globally. Reporting to the Engineering Team Leader, you will be working within a supportive and collaborative team. The position will give you exposure to a wide variety of leading and innovative technologies. Responsibilities: Responsible for the design, implementation and testing of software modules for projects as directed by the Project Manager and/or System Architect. Individual contributor who can convert the requirements into design Demonstrated industry experience in the development of software components. Identify the stories/tasks, estimates work and take full ownership of the work Should follow a well-defined organizational process Review the work of staff to ensure accuracy and compliance with completion criteria Undertake tasks within allocated budget and timeframe Set clear self (in consultation with supervisor) goals and KPIs Monitor self-performance on productivity, quality, compliance to process & standards is important Support a healthy and motivating work environment and atmosphere, work with the team effectively Listen to team members feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts Implements business initiatives including prompt corrective action plans for areas with below threshold performance, provide advice on potential improvements to Sydacs quality systems Manage work assignments, productivity & quality, and process compliance in line with Sydac goals, processes, and guidelines. Adhere to all policies procedures and work instructions within the discipline of Sydac Quality expectations Working in close collaboration with the Team in Adelaide, participate in regular discussions, ensure constant & consistent collaboration, and provide constant updates of the ground situation in Pune Preferred candidate profile Angular V 17 /18, Rxgx ,Ngrx Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript Strong understanding of Data Structure Strong understanding of software engineering principles, object-oriented programming (OOP), and design patterns. Strong Knowledge on Java Collections Framework Knowledge of Angular 15+, RxJS, NgRX (Redux), REST, WebSockets and Cordova Working knowledge of OO design methodologies, Real Time systems including the use of UML Working knowledge of configuration management and defect tracking tools viz. Jira. Proactive approach to professional development including software innovation and technical application High attention to detail with strong interpersonal skills A positive working attitude with a willingness to learn and grow your skill set Excellent communication skills, Team player
