Role & responsibilities 5-6 Years of total experience Design, develop, and maintain custom UI interfaces within the ServiceNow platform, specifically focusing on ServicePortal and related UI elements. Build and optimize responsive, user-centric designs using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and ServiceNows UI Framework. Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into functional, intuitive UI solutions. Implement ServiceNow widgets, pages, and other UI components with a focus on usability, accessibility, and performance. Ensure high-quality design and coding standards are followed for consistency and scalability. Conduct user research and usability testing to ensure designs align with user needs and expectations. Work with back-end developers to integrate UI with server-side logic and APIs. Maintain and troubleshoot existing ServiceNow UI components. Ensure compliance with ServiceNow best practices and standards.
