UI Developer II

The position will primarily focus on new feature/component development, maintenance, and stewardship of existing system software. You will be expected to work with minimal direction in collaboration with a team of engineers to design and develop robust system solutions that align with defined system requirements. Your responsibilities will include planning work and implementing solutions using standard engineering principles and established company processes within project deadlines. You will exercise good software development judgment in making adaptations or modifications and provide work estimates while ensuring project/system quality, reliability, and performance objectives are met. Additionally, you will analyze the impact of changes on existing information products or systems, propose solutions to minimize project/system risk, and provide technical assistance as necessary. Your role will involve offering technical feedback, input, and consultation to other developers involved in system design or implementation activities. Participation in knowledge/technology transfer initiatives may also be required. You will be responsible for preparing and/or reviewing product documentation, written instructions, or technical literature for accuracy and completeness. Thorough unit testing of all implementation changes and integration testing will be performed to ensure a robust, high-quality implementation before delivery to System Test. Providing assistance to testers and support personnel to identify system problems is also part of the role. In terms of Information Security Responsibilities, adherence to JCI policies, guidelines, and procedures related to information asset protection is crucial. Compliance with JCI product security standards and guidelines for secured software product development is mandatory. Deployment and usage of software licenses must align with JCI licensing agreements, and appropriate safeguards should be implemented to protect information assets" confidentiality, integrity, and availability. Key Requirements: - BE/B.Tech /MCA - Computer - Minimum 4 years of software development experience on web-based applications - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills - Experience in writing development-level documentation - Knowledge of refactoring techniques - Proficiency in code management, change tracking, and team collaboration tools (e.g., GitHub, JIRA) - Expertise in HTML5, CSS3, jQuery, AngularJS (1.x), Javascript, ReactJS, Typescript - Familiarity with C#, ASP.net MVC, ASP.net WebAPI (RestFul), SQL Server is a plus Preferred Skills: - Familiarity with Object-Oriented web development Your proactive approach, can-do attitude, and initiative to start and complete assigned activities will be valued in this role. Reporting all information security incidents, alerts, warnings, and suspected vulnerabilities in a timely manner and sharing such information only with authorized personnel will be part of your responsibilities.,
