UI Developer - Angular

We are seeking a skilled UI Developer (Angular) with strong experience in building modern, responsive web applications, integrating RESTful APIs, and handling technology upgrades such as Angular version migrations. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain scalable front-end solutions that deliver excellent user experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance web applications using Angular (latest versions preferred).
• Work on Angular version upgrades (migration from older versions to newer stable versions).
• Integrate UI components with RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers, backend developers, and QA teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code following best practices and coding standards.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
• Perform security scans and resolve UI/Front-end security vulnerabilities.
• Debug and resolve technical issues, including cross-browser compatibility.
• Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and Agile ceremonies.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, Angular ecosystem updates, and emerging front-end technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5 years of experience as a Front-End/UI Developer with Angular.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and SCSS.
• Hands-on experience in Angular upgrades (e.g., Angular 8 12/14/16 or above).
• Solid understanding of API integration (REST, SOAP, JSON, authentication mechanisms like JWT/OAuth).
• Experience with RxJS, Angular Forms, Angular Material, and state management (NgRx preferred).
• Knowledge of unit testing frameworks (Jasmine, Karma, Jest, Cypress).
• Resolve security vulnerabilities.
• Experience with micro frontends and modular architecture.
• Familiarity with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with GraphQL and WebSockets.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and deployment practices.
• Exposure to Docker, Kubernetes, or DevOps practices.
