UI DESIGNER

Role
We are looking for a highly skilled UI Designer who can craft elegant, functional, and delightful digitalinterfaces. The ideal candidate has an eye for clean design, deep empathy for users, and the technicalfluency to bring high-level ideas to life. You will work across product, design, and engineering toshape experiences that are intuitive, scalable, and aligned with the latest design and AI-poweredworkflows.

Responsibilities
Collaborate closely with product managers and developers to define and deliver best-in-class UIexperiencesTranslate product requirements into detailed interaction flows, prototypes, and visual mockupsImprove and maintain accessible design systems that scale across platformsCommunicate design decisions clearly and defend rationale in cross-functional reviewsLead or participate in usability testing, user interviews, and research synthesisStay updated on new design paradigms and experiment with cutting-edge tools andtechnologies

Requirements and skills
3+ years of proven UI/Visual Design experience with a compelling portfolio showcasing realproduct workStrong command over modern design tools, including:Figma for UI/UX design and design system workflowsProtopie, play, rive for advanced interaction and motion designAfter effects for high-fidelity animations and micro-interactionsFigma dev mode or storybook for seamless design handoffProficiency in creating wireframes, user flows, interaction specs, and scalable componentsSolid understanding of accessibility, usability heuristics, and responsive designFamiliarity with frontend frameworks or ability to effectively communicate with developersBonus pointsExposure to modern AI tools like chatgpt, midjourney, recraft, or runway to boost ideation, UXwriting, visual exploration, and motion design workflowsEnthusiasm for integrating AI-powered experiences into product UI and design workflowsWe’re looking for you if you haveDeep empathy for users and an ability to simplify complex interactionsAttention to detail while maintaining a holistic product viewOpenness to feedback and iterative collaborationCuriosity to explore new design tools, workflows, and technologiesA mindset geared toward experimentation and continuous learningThis role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, forward-thinking environment where designand AI work hand in hand to craft the next generation of digital experiences.
