Job Description for UI/UX Designer Location: Gurugram (In-office) Experience: 2-5 years Qualifications: Bachelors or Master’s degree in Interaction Design, Visual Communication, Animation, or related fields from a recognized institution. A compelling portfolio demonstrating expertise in UI/UX, interactive web design, animated websites, mobile applications, and immersive 3D design. Key Responsibilities: Design user-centered interfaces for web, mobile applications, and software products. Develop engaging, interactive, animated, and immersive 3D website experiences utilizing technologies such as Three.js, WebGL, GSAP, Lottie, and similar animation libraries. Create wireframes, prototypes, mockups, and design specifications using industry-standard tools (Figma, Adobe XD, ProtoPie). Collaborate closely with developers and project managers to integrate advanced AI features (e.g., predictive analytics, chatbots, natural language interactions, AI-driven recommendations). Conduct user research, usability tests, and analyze feedback to refine designs aligning with client goals and user needs. AI Tools Proficiency: Runway ML and Uizard for rapid prototyping and iterative design. AI-enhanced features in Figma and Adobe XD. Familiarity with DALL-E, MidJourney, or similar AI visualization tools. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects). Strong proficiency in UI animation tools (Lottie, GSAP, etc.). Knowledge of front-end web technologies (HTML, CSS, basic JavaScript). Familiarity with 3D design software (Blender, Spline, or similar). Understanding of responsive design, accessibility standards (WCAG), and cross-browser compatibility. Responsibilities: Collaborate with developers, project managers, and clients to deliver visually appealing, functional, animated, and user-centered designs. Conduct user research, usability tests, and feedback sessions to continuously refine designs. Contribute to AI integration efforts by designing intuitive AI-ready interfaces. Ensure projects align with the latest UX trends, emerging technologies, and best practices. Soft Skills: Exceptional creativity and attention to detail.
