Job Description

Location: Remote/Flexible (India-based preferred) Type: Freelance / Project-Based Compensation: Paid per approved video (Rates vary by format and scope) You’ll be producing ads in multiple formats, including but not limited to: Street Interviews (vox pop style) Podcast-style seated talks VSLs (Video Sales Letters) Talking-head explainers Demo/tutorial-style mobile screen recordings Reaction/Testimonial videos Product unboxings or try-ons Skit-based storytelling ads Responsibilities: Take ownership of video production from concept to final delivery Work with briefs to tailor content for performance marketing Script or structure the flow of UGC-style videos as needed Cast actors or everyday people as required across age groups and genders—including seniors, middle-aged adults, youth, and children Shoot engaging footage using your phone or camera (clear audio and lighting required) Edit videos for high retention, scroll-stopping hooks, and strong CTAs Deliver videos in requested formats/aspect ratios (9:16, 1:1, 16:9, etc.) Payment Structure: Payment is per approved video , with scope for bonuses based on performance Fast turnaround = more work opportunities Rate varies by complexity and format Send us the following: Your portfolio or links to previous UGC ads/videos Your rates per format (if available) Show more Show less
