The role involves providing safe, reliable, and timely two-wheeler ride services to customers using the Uber platform. Key ResponsibilitiesPick up and drop off passengers safely using your two-wheeler. Follow all traffic rules and Uber’s safety standards. Maintain a high customer satisfaction rating. Keep the motorcycle clean and well-maintained. Use the Uber app efficiently for accepting trips, navigation, and communication. RequirementsValid Driving Licence (DL) for two-wheelers. Own a two-wheeler in good working condition. RC, insurance, pollution certificate (PUC) required. Must have Aadhaar, PAN, and bank account. Age: 18+ years Smartphone with active internet connection. Good communication and customer-handling skills. Salary & BenefitsMonthly Earnings: ₹30,000 – ₹50,000 (depending on hours & performance) Incentives: Daily/weekly bonuses based on the number of trips, peak-hour rides, and high ratings.
