Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Chennai for a Site Manager at Lithium Urban Technologies. The Site Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations at the site, managing team, ensuring safety and compliance with regulations, maintaining and optimizing the EV fleet. The Site Manager will also handle inventory management, liaise with stakeholders, and ensure high levels of service quality and customer satisfaction. As the Fleet Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily maintenance operations, managing preventive maintenance schedules, and ensuring the efficient functioning of the entire fleet of Electric Vehicles (EVs). Your role will involve supervising maintenance staff, conducting equipment maintenance and repairs, implementing maintenance management strategies, and maintaining detailed reports on fleet performance and maintenance activities.
