UAT Testing

You will be responsible for understanding and translating HRMS-related business processes into UAT test scenarios. Your role will involve designing and executing UAT test cases reflecting Talent Acquisition and Talent Management workflows. You will capture detailed user feedback, triage issues, and ensure timely resolution. Additionally, you will prepare UAT test reports and facilitate sign-offs from stakeholders. In terms of automation responsibilities, you will develop and maintain automated test scripts for high-priority workflows using tools like Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium. You will also build reusable automation components for UAT and integrate automation suites with CI/CD tools to support continuous delivery. Collaboration with QA leads and dev teams will be essential to ensure comprehensive coverage and early detection of defects. To qualify for this position, you should have 4-6 years of experience in QA, with a strong exposure to User Acceptance Testing and test automation. Domain experience in HRTech, Talent Acquisition, or working with platforms like Eightfold, Workday, SuccessFactors, etc., will be beneficial. An understanding of HRMS workflows such as sourcing, screening, onboarding, performance, internal mobility, etc., is required. Experience in writing and executing UAT test cases while working directly with business users is essential. Hands-on experience with one or more automation tools like Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, etc., is expected. Working knowledge of tools like Jira, TestRail, Postman, Git, and CI/CD platforms is also necessary. Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills are critical for success in this role.,
