Minimum education level o Batcheler s degree in engineering with a specialization in Production, Mechanical & automobile Experience: o At least 12 to 15 years of production experience o 3-5 years team management experience o Minimum bi-lingual (English required) Skills and competencies: o Must be a Talent Developer , directly involved on managing career development (developing others and building effective teams) o Must have recognized leadership and coaching skills (motivating others) o Must have a relevant record of achieved results o Strategic Agility o Proven experience in production management and lean manufacturing / FES production system/ Toyota production system o Proven experience in team management with leadership and coaching skills o Operational knowledge of Production methods (Kanban, 5S, Hoshin, SMED, TPM, GPAO)
