Job Title: Curing Operator & Tyre Building Operator Location: Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh Industry: Tyre Manufacturing Experience Required: 1–2 Years Employment Type: Full-Time 🧰 Key Responsibilities 🔧 Curing Operator Operate curing presses and ensure proper vulcanization of tyres as per process parameters. Monitor curing cycle times, temperature, and pressure to maintain product quality. Conduct visual and dimensional inspection of cured tyres. Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of curing equipment. Record production data and report any deviations or equipment issues. 🏗️ Tyre Building Operator Operate tyre building machines to assemble green tyres using components like beads, plies, belts, and tread. Ensure correct alignment and placement of components as per specifications. Inspect green tyres for defects and ensure adherence to quality standards. Maintain machine cleanliness and assist in minor troubleshooting. Follow safety protocols and maintain production logs. 🎯 Candidate Profile 1–2 years of hands-on experience in tyre manufacturing (curing or building operations). Familiarity with tyre construction processes and machinery. Basic understanding of quality control and safety standards. Physically fit and comfortable working in a factory environment. Willingness to work in shifts. 📚 Qualifications Minimum: ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Rubber Technology, or related field. Prior experience in a tyre plant or rubber manufacturing unit preferred.
