Position: Tyre Building Operator

Location: Muradnagar, Uttar Pradesh

Requisites:

• Diploma/ Degree in  Mechanical Engineering, Automobile Engineering, or Production Technology (Preferred)
• ITI in Rubber Technology, Fitter, or Machine Operation
• Minimum 3 years of experience in tire building or related field.
• Familiarity with tire-building machines and materials.
• Attention to detail and ability to detect errors in the assembly process.
• Physical stamina to handle continuous machine operations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities:

• Operate tire-building machines to assemble various tire components.
• Ensure accurate placement of tread, sidewalls, and beads during assembly.
• Monitor machine performance and adjust settings as needed.
• Inspect assembled tires for any defects before curing.
• Maintain cleanliness and functionality of the work area.
• Follow production targets and safety regulations.
