Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Typist to join our team at Vijaya Diagnostic Centre Limited. The ideal candidate should have 0-2 years of experience in documentation or related fields.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and maintain accurate records and documents with high accuracy and attention to detail.
Develop and implement effective filing systems, both physical and digital, for easy access to information.
Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations with excellent writing and communication skills.
Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals and objectives in a fast-paced environment.
Utilize computer software applications to create, edit, and manage documents and spreadsheets.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while maintaining confidentiality and discretion.

Job Requirements

Proficient in typing with high speed and accuracy using various software applications.
Excellent knowledge of grammar, punctuation, and spelling rules with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team with strong organizational and time management skills.
Familiarity with document preparation and editing tools, such as Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with colleagues and stakeholders.
