Job Description

Kanika’s Nursing Academy is a reputed institute dedicated to delivering quality nursing education and training. We are looking for a Typist cum Computer Operator to efficiently manage office work, assist in notes typing, and handle day-to-day administrative tasks at the academy.

Key Responsibilities:

Type and format nursing notes, question papers, and study materials with accuracy.
Manage and organize office files, records, and documentation (digital and physical).
Handle daily administrative and clerical tasks to support academy operations.
Prepare and maintain student records, attendance sheets, and reports.
Operate basic office equipment (printer, scanner, photocopier, etc.).
Coordinate with faculty and students for smooth workflow.
Ensure timely backup and safe storage of academy data.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

Education: Graduate in any stream (mandatory).
Experience: 1–2 years of experience as a Typist cum Computer Operator or in office administration.
Gender: Male candidate preferred.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and general computer operations.
Good typing speed and accuracy (English required; Hindi typing preferred).
Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Salary:

Negotiable based on experience and skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
