Key Responsibilities : Type academic materials, reports, letters, student records, and other documents accurately in English , Hindi , and Marathi . Perform data entry and maintain student and academic records using computer software. Assist in preparing presentations, spreadsheets, and reports for staff and faculty. Create, organize, and maintain electronic files, ensuring ease of access and confidentiality. Proofread and edit typed content for grammatical accuracy and consistency in all three languages. Respond to emails and assist with communication between students, staff, and faculty. Support the administration with general office tasks, such as document preparation, filing, and maintaining records. Assist with basic troubleshooting of computer systems and office equipment. Help prepare educational materials for faculty and staff when needed.
