Job Description


Product Experience:

1. Working experience on TWS of 3+ years

2. Tivoli Workload scheduler - Administration and Trouble Shooting (Version 9.x.x and above)

Unix and Windows Platforms.

4. Problem Solving & Analytical skills

5. File Transfer Protocol admin - standard & secure

6. Good Communication Skills

7. Experience working in Support organization a plus.

Responsibilities for the role will include:

1. Strong analytics and problem-solving skills.

2. Work on customer support role connecting with internal teams and external customers.

3. Develop, Implement, and document operational processes & procedures

4. Be able to identify issues related to scheduling activity, i.e., production batch issues.

5. Be available for on-call rotation after business hours to provide 24hr support for any production operational issues.

6. Work closely with application developers to provide scheduling solutions using company standards and IBM recommended Best Practices

7. Install and configure TWS software across UNIX and Windows environments for troubleshooting.

8. Troubleshoot Issues on Job failures

9. Coordination with different teams in case of Issues

10. Administration/scheduling experience of batch across multiple platforms

11. IWS/TWS Agent Configuration

7 am – 4 pm

11:30 am – 9 pm
