Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Two-Wheeler Dealer Onboarding Specialist located in Mengio. The Specialist will be responsible for onboarding new two-wheeler dealers into the company's insurance ecosystem. Day-to-day tasks include communicating with potential dealers, explaining the benefits of our insurance plans, providing necessary training, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process. The role also involves maintaining strong relationships with dealers, assisting them with any queries, and ensuring they are comfortable with the insurance platform.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and Finance knowledge
• Excellent Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities
• Exceptional Customer Service skills to assist and maintain dealer relationships
• Ability to manage time effectively and work efficiently on-site
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field is beneficial
• Previous experience in the insurance industry is a plus
